Duties:

  • Troubleshooted and responded to internal issues on the support register to a service level agreement.
  • Built, Configured and maintained 3 domain controllers, running Microsoft Exchange 2010 with a minimum of 60+ computers at each site. This improved security, performance, and enabled new features.
